Region 9 offers a variety of loan programs for start-ups, business that are creating or retaining jobs, expanding, or not able to receive traditional financing. Consideration is given to businesses in Southwest Colorado but Region 9 will partner with area banks and nonprofit lending partners in the State. Interest rates are generally two percent above the Wall Street Journal Prime and may be fixed or variable depending on the funding source. Loans start at $5,000 and can go as high as $350,000.*
*Loans are subject to underwriting guidelines, availability of funds, and must be approved by Region 9's Loan Committee.
